CNY 2009
haaha! it seems that this is the only period that i have the time to go online to blog.
Don't seems to have enough time for anything ever since i come back. Especially during the CNY preparation!
On top of doing my spring cleaning, running errands, i still need to return all the things i owe from people else its inauspicious. This includes all the soveniers i gotten ready for my friends which i almost totally forgotten abt it ever since i come back.

This year CNY is less dramatic then i previously anticipated. Less kids to look after, so far....
And so it seems, i'm starting to forget the names of some relatives, can't rmb how to greet them as well. IT does happen if we meet each other at MOST once a year, doesn't it?

For the second time we have our proper reunion dinner on the eve, when it should be. And the first time we have it ON time.

Still clinging onto the cny mood. How come there's still school! urgh! haha

Spring Cleaning!
This year's chinese new year better be good!
It has to be! why else do i need to start packing my room last week.

Not only that, hunting down humongous, ugly, creepy, slimy, disgustingly disgusting lizards from the depts of my house. Destroying its nest, killing all of its possible offsprings with baygon on one hand and a broom stick on the other, screaming out loud that the whole neighbourhood can hear.

Why do such creatures exist in the first place? i'm sure they dont exist just to scare the daylights out of me/mother/sister/brother. hmm.. Maybe they exist just to allow father to show us how brave he can be to fight off the lizards singlehandedly. Maybe its in a father's blood to not to be afraid of lizards so that he can protect the family from something. There isn't much thing we can protect in such a secure world today, is there?

House is set and ready for guest right now!
Maybe just abit of touching up upon the eve of cny eve. haha

All thats left are the cutting of hair, jeans, greetings!

I never knew preparing for cny can be so tough. And all along was mother who settled everything in the past years. She always achieves things that normal human beings cannot accomplish. Why is this year an exception?

2 weeks into Singapore
Just as I thought laggin behind is the worst thing that can happen when i come back in singapore. Things just have to come chasing me from every direction. Its just like how we can hit the squashball in all direction and it can come back to you in anywhere possible, and it can come crashing onti you when you least expected.

IF i have a hall to stay, i will pretend that i am very busy that hide myself in hall so that family obligation will be of minimal. But firstly, I dont have a hall and Secondly, i am having the slackest timetable that i can possibly have in my ntu stay this sem.
And i am doing all that for the cny, hence i think i deserve to have a great cny this year.

School work lagging behind.
Post canada admin stuff not done (which includes distributing of soveniers)
Ntu admin stuff not looked into.

I guess the only time i have for myself is when i am with yanyan. ITs the only time i can catch a breather.

Shengxiang made an unexpected call last week, he told me that alex death anniversary is sometime this week. and asked me if i wanted him to accompany to go. He really has the heart to remember. For me, his death is a reminder for me to live. So as long as i am living my life to its fullest, i am already paying tribute to him. Hence there is no need for me to go visit.
I remember 2 years ago, my world come crashing down and the sky turned gray. I'm not sure if its a coincidence that the same sensation occured yesterday.

2 weeks of not looking into the school stuff. I think its about time for me to look into it tml. Else it will be cny soon and i doubt i will do any study for that period too.

Urgh! can't believe my first 3 post into the year are so boring.. sheesh!

post canada frenzy!
Not been online lately, simply cos there are just so many things to do during the span of 1 week.

Many many loose ends that i need to tie up here and there.
Or perhaps, its just me pretending to have too many things to tie up so that i will feel that i'm very busy to start learning.

Its abt time for me to start getting into the studying mood soon. Despite my lessen workload of 17 au this semester, the modules i'm taking isnt that easy. In fact i dont have the confident that i can get a decent B grade, let to say getting an A.

Feeling abit half hearted. And its really dangerous for me to feel that. I should be settling in soon.
Buy my textbook and STUDY tml! Yup! this is wat i will be going to do.

Been having little nyonya marathon these few days. I must say it has been a long long time since i watched Local Serial. Can't really remember the last serial that i chase. I rmbed watching a couple of holland village and volleyball show along the way. But they are not worth my time to look into it in depth. A pity i only got time to catch the first 11 episode. Not sure if i will be or could continue to watch the remaining episode.

Shld be sleeping soon. Waking up 630am tml!

Lagging behind!
I guess the most annoying thing that can happen to a computer is that it is lagging.
If the comp is spoilt or having virus, you can easily change a new one or install the antivirus software.
There isn't anything we can do if the computer lag behind (can we? haha). I know we have to reformat the entire computer which can take hours and hours cos need to save all the important documents etc etc.

Well, I have been lagging since the start of the year. So annoying. I just couldnt do anything after the clock strike 6pm. After which, i will either be in a dreamy state or just fall into a deep sleep.
ITs super irritating. Just couldnt draw out the required energy and enthusiam upon meeting people after that time. haha. And the road is a dangerous place with me around. Accidentally swayed across lanes during the split second that i lost focus in the past 2 days. If this keeps up, i suppose it is a matter of time before anything bad happen. THat reminds me, i dreamed myself being in a car crash last night. The car practically flipped over and all the windows shattered. Fortuantely I was alright. I would presume it is a good sign. There was someone in the car with me, I can't rmb who, definitely not father cos i was callng him after i crawled out from the wrecked car.

So far mother has been pulling me to run every 630am in the morning. Running is something i told myself that i will be doing every morning after i returned to singapore. But when i say morning, i meant 8am or so. Never have i thought that it will be 630am in the morning! Good thing is that it allows me to regulate my sleeping hours. Jetlag! OUT YOU GO!

Nonetheless, I feel that the one who needs to start getting use to waking up at 630am is not me but my brother. Starting off his army life this friday is definitely not that simple as i have always made it sounds to be. ITs me i'm talking about who went to army before. Of course everything sounds easy. He should start mentally prepare himself by now. But then again, he is my brother, and i must admit he uses his wits more than i would. Things will ultimately work out for him.

Time table more or less confirmed. Better news regarding IO. All these after walking up and down the school for the past 2 days. I knew i should be wearing my trackshoes or scandals if i'm walking all over the school like this. But its just so strange wearing so sloppily after months of going to school dressing up properly. Nonetheless, wearing short and scandals is the singapore way! We wear things because of practicality. And a hot and humid place like singapore, this is how it should be. ( i rmb there was a time people wear cloth walking ard in the past) IT just so silly when months ago people commented that we should dress up when walking along orchard road.

Come to think of it, this is my first post for this year! No wonder i have so many thing to rattle about.
Then again, there are just so many things to settle (and recover) during this period. Not much chance to post, today is exception cos my class starts at 1130am! So fans ! you are in luck! haha

Want to post some post canada events up, but dont have the photos! hint hint.. haha!

Go to school!
